Auckland in Alert Level 3

As you may be aware that Auckland region moved to Alert Level 3 at 12 noon on Wednesday 12 August 2020. This will remain in place until Wednesday 26 August.

The Auckland region is everything in the Auckland Council boundary — from Wellsford in the north to Pukekohe in the south.

Rest of New Zealand is in Alert Level 2.


Please see below some information in case you need any medical assistance

  • Call your local Family Doctor (GP)/ Urgent Care Clinic, OR

  • Call Healthline, 0800 358 5453 for health advice (choose Option#1 for language support, stay on the line, then say the language you want e.g ‘Korean’, OR

  • Go to a COVID-19 Community Testing Centre (CTC):

There’s high demand for testing at the moment so please be prepared to queue and only seek a test if you have COVID-19 symptoms.
