Ciao is an ICF registered professional Coach and the founder of Life Potential NZ – a boutique Coaching practice.
She started coaching people since 2016, her service included career coaching, life coaching, CV writing and interview preparation etc. She very much enjoys helping people to make a well-informed and conscious career decision.
Prior to her coaching life, she worked as a marketing and event management professional in both NZ and China for multiple large organisations including Huawei Technology, Callaghan Innovation (New Zealand’s Innovation Agency), and Unitec Institute of Technology.
Ciao has gone through quite a few transformations in her life including moved from China to NZ on her own, explored her career options in NZ and rebuilt her life in New Zealand that she is happy with.
She is also a mindfulness facilitator, which enables her to bring a warm and professional coaching style with a mindfulness approach.
